• Your name and the class you joined.
• Your email address, if you choose to provide it.
• Your course activity: exercise progress, completion dates, slide position, and notes.
• What you type into the AI exercise chats and any files you upload or share there.
• Messages you exchange with your instructor and any feedback you submit.

• To run the course: save your progress, show your work to your instructor, and unlock exercises.
• To send course emails, such as reminders if you fall behind and follow-ups after you finish.
• To issue and deliver your certificate of completion.
• To improve the course based on aggregate feedback.

When you use an AI exercise, your messages and any files you share are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate a response. Please don't share passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data in the exercises.

Your instructor and CI Industries course administrators can see your progress, exercise chats, messages, and feedback. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

We keep course records for as long as needed to deliver the course, verify certificates, and meet our business obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Providing an email is optional — you can skip it and still take the course. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop course emails, by contacting us at the address below.

If we update this notice, we'll post the new version on this page with a new date.
